Our Cultural Affairs Program serves as a bridge between native communities and nations, creating a global network of leaders who share a common vision of educational progress and societal development. The International Parliament of Education offers a marketplace for handmade unique pieces of art, special objects from native leaders like Huichol or Mayas Artisan’s.

 

The Parliament is a great program to motivate them to continue doing traditional items.

The International Parliament of Education through the Cultural Affairs Program announces the 2025 alliance with the Mayan community located in Nahualá, Sololá, Guatemala.

 

The “Innovative Association for Comprehensive Development ASODI” promotes and implements innovative self-sustainable development projects, taking advantage of the different cultural resources of the inhabitants of the communities, forming together a great family for community development.

Through a specialized alliance with ASODI we will coordinate online learning, research, development, promotion and dissemination of indigenous languages, the protection of their legacy, and revitalization of their traditions and strengthening of the linguistic and cultural heritage of their communities. Our Maya coordinator for 2025 is Jennifer Judith Chox Ixmatá.
