International Forum "Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities: Challenges, Opportunities, and Experiences."

The Secretariat of Welfare and the Senate of the Republic, with the support of Senator Elvia Marcela Mora Arellano, President of the Foreign Relations Committee, held the International Forum "Labor Inclusion of People with Disabilities: Challenges, Opportunities, and Experiences."

The President of The International Parliament of Education, C.P. Luis Ruiz; the Executive Director, Dr. Adriana Hernández de Lago; and the Director of the Youth Talents Program, Albert Ruiz, accompanied the authorities of the Disability Directorate in presentations on the needs for inclusion and best practices for organizations to open opportunities for people who wish to work in Mexico and the United States. The importance of creating violence-free environments with a preventive focus that supports a gender perspective was emphasized, as well as the need for employers and authorities to support law compliance and eliminate vulnerability.
